At FaFa Solutions, we strive for creative and technical excellence. Our refund policy for digital services and IT solutions is as follows:
 
 Digital Goods & Software
 
Once a software license, digital design file, or website source code has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
 

Project Deposits
 
Initial project deposits (typically 30-50%) are non-refundable as they cover resource allocation and preliminary design/planning work.
 

Milestone Payments
 
For large projects, payments are made upon the completion of specific milestones. Once a milestone is approved and paid for, it is non-refundable.
 

Graphic Design Services
 
Refunds are not available for design work once the creative process has begun. We offer a set number of revisions to ensure satisfaction.
 

Subscription Services
 
Monthly IT support or hosting subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds are given for the remaining term of the current cycle.
 

Hardware Components
 
Any hardware purchased through us is subject to the original manufacturerโ€™s return and warranty policy.
 

Service Non-Delivery
 
A full refund of the most recent payment will be issued if we fail to initiate a project within 15 days of the agreed start date.
 

Third-Party Costs
 
Costs incurred for third-party assets (Stock photos, domain names, premium plugins) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refund Request Window
 
Any claim for a refund must be made in writing within 7 business days of the alleged service failure.
 

Processing Time
 
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14-21 business days.
