 Graphic design assets (logos, banners) and software files are delivered via email, cloud links (Google Drive/Dropbox), or project management portals.
 

Turnaround Time
 Standard delivery for graphic design is 3-5 business days. Web development timelines depend on project complexity as defined in the contract.
 

Website Deployment
 Website delivery is considered “shipped” once the site is live on the client’s server and the login credentials have been handed over.
 

Source File Delivery
 Final source files (AI, PSD, Source Code) are delivered only upon receipt of full and final payment.
 

Onsite Installation
 For clients in Lahore, we offer onsite IT infrastructure setup and networking services at the client’s business location.
 

Remote Installation

Shipping of Hardware
 If physical IT hardware is ordered, it is shipped via local couriers (TCS/Leopards) with tracking provided.
 

Delivery Verification
 The client must verify and acknowledge receipt of digital files within 48 hours of delivery.
 

Errors in Delivery
 If a digital link expires or files are corrupted during transfer, we will resend them free of charge within 7 days of the original delivery.
