These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of IT, Web Development, and Graphic Design services by FaFa Solutions Private Limited.
Agreement to Terms
By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. No work will commence without a signed agreement or email confirmation.
Intellectual Property (IP)
Upon final payment, the client owns the rights to the final designs and custom code. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
Payment Schedule
Projects generally require a 50% upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due before the final files or website go live.
Client Cooperation
The client must provide all necessary content, images, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in client feedback will result in project timeline extensions.
Revision Policy
Our standard packages include up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra costs at our hourly rate.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss of profit, data loss, or business interruptions caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or software.
Maintenance & Updates
We provide 15 days of free support post-launch. Ongoing maintenance requires a separate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect and keep secret all confidential business information shared during the duration of the project.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as internet outages, server failures, or natural disasters.
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 7 days’ notice. The client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
